The Inspiration behind SUNBAZ’s creation.

SUNBAZ was created with a simple belief: sun protection should be part of everyday life – easy, effective, and made with care. We love the sun for the energy and joy it brings. But we also understand the quiet risks that come with everyday exposure – from UV rays that contribute to dark spots and premature aging, to long-term skin health concerns. Even so, sunscreen often feels like something optional to reach for only on sunny days or beach vacations.

At SUNBAZ, we believe in making sun care feel different – something you’ll want to use every single day. Our formulas are clean, skin-loving, and lightweight – made to glide on comfortably without stickiness, residue, or that heavy feeling. Whether you’re commuting, walking the dog, working by a window, or spending time outdoors, SUNBAZ is designed to fit seamlessly into all lifestyles.

SUNBAZ was born from a blend of personal values, curiosity, and a deep desire to create something meaningful for all lifestyles, especially under the intense UV of tropical places like Thailand. Living in Scandinavia shaped the way I see the world. Surrounded by thoughtful design and a deep respect for nature, I understood that sustainability isn’t just a trend – it’s a way of life. That mindset stayed with me.

With a background in social and sustainability studies, and hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry and sustainable development work, I began to see how our everyday routines — especially skincare – impact people and the planet. I’ve always loved the sun, whether staying active outdoors or soaking in its warmth for that natural glow. But over time, I noticed something: while most of us know sunscreen matters, many still think of it as optional – something for beach days or blazing sun. The truth is, UV rays are with us every day, through clouds, windows, and even screens. And yet, despite so many products on the market, finding high-quality sunscreen or tanning oil that truly works, without relying on costly imports, remains a challenge here.

That’s why I created SUNBAZ: suncare that delivers real protection, clean and comfortable formulas, and more conscious packaging – all at a price that feels right. Because I believe everyone deserves daily sun protection that’s effortless, effective, and affordable. And to remind us all that protecting our skin is one of the simplest, most powerful things we can do for ourselves, with long-term results.
